Welcome to Washburn Lofts

The Washburn Lofts is a historically significant building in the heart of the Minneapolis Mill District. This structure, which overlooks St. Anthony Falls, has been around since the late 19th century as the world's largest grain and lumber miller. The company that later came to be known as General Mills once dominated the neighborhood and the Washburn Lofts was one of its manufacturing buildings. The building has been renovated to provide upscale living units for today's homebuyer but it does not forget the heritage and tradition that started one of the most successful cereal companies in the world.
